WIN YOUR BEEF BOX PRIZE DRAW - TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  • This Prize draw is open to residents of the UK and republic of Ireland aged 18 years and over except employees associated with Cattle Lane Beef (“Provider” & “Promoter”) or their families, agents and anyone else associated with running the draw.
  • The Prize is a Box of Cattle Lane beef with an estimated weight of 10kg, worth £130 (“Prize). 
  • Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions.  It is a condition of entry that all terms are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these terms. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  • Entries into the Prize draw shall open at 09.00 hrs on Monday 3rd July 2023 (“Start Date”) and all entries must be received by 2359 hrs on Tuesday 18th July 2023 (“Closing Date”)
  • How to Enter – Place an order for a box of Cattle Lane beef for collection on the 19th July 2023. One entry per box of beef ordered will be included within the Prize draw.  For each entry to be valid the box of beef ordered for the 19th July collection, must be ordered, collected and paid for.
  • Only valid entries will be included in the prize draw.
  • One winner will be drawn at random using random picker software from all entries received by the Closing Date. The winner’s name can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Cattle Lane Beef, July 2023 Beef Box Competition, Formosa, Cattle Lane, Abbotts Ann, Hampshire, SP11 7DS within one month after the Closing Date of the Prize draw. 
  • Winners will be notified by email by 18th August 2023 and the payment for their box of beef will be refunded. To facilitate the refund the winner will be required to contact Chief of Beef Stephen by email or telephone to provide their bank details to process the refund.  Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner either decline the Prize or fail to provide bank details for the refund by the 31st August 2023 then the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Prize as described is available on the date of publication.  Should the Prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value may be provided.
  • The Prize is non-transferable, subject to availability and there is no cash alternative.
  • By accepting the Prize, the winner gives Cattle Lane Beef the right to use their full name and photo in publicity relating to the competition and Cattle Lane Beef and the winner consents to a photo of them being taken when they collect their box of beef. 
  • Events may occur that render the Prize draw itself or the awarding of the Prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at it’s absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
  • The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
  • These Terms and Condition are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
